Ingela Holgersson is a Registered Yoga Teacher (e-RYT200 and YACEP) within Yoga Alliance. She has been thought by Yogamaster Ulrica Norberg (Yoga for life) and Camilla Bergström (Art of life) amongst others.
Ingela loves nature, the outdoors and the ocean. Her specialities are SUPYoga, Outodoor Yoga and Kayoga (combination of kayak paddling and yoga on an remote island). She loves to teach others the way of practicing and teaching SUPYoga in a safe way.
She holds private yoga, open yoga classes, SUP, SUPyoga and "pop-up" yoga classes on demand, in additon to SUP Yoga Teachers Trainings.
She has completed SUPYoga Pro Teacher Training (2018) as well SUP instructor training by the International Surf Association (ISA 2016), which gives her a perfect combination to enroll SUPyoga classes, courses and teacher trainings. Henrik Fahlén, former national coach for the Swedish SUP team and Sofie Ringström, pioneer when it comes to SUPYoga in Sweden, has been Ingela's teachers when it comes to SUP & SUPYoga.
Swedish Yogamaster Ulrica Norberg has been Ingela's teacher when it comes to Yin yoga and Parental yoga (IDUN Parental Yoga Teacher Training enrolled together with Jennie Liljefors). Ingela teaches Childrens Yoga and has been educated by another pioneer in Sweden, Angelica Henriksson. Studio Karma and barnyoga.com.
On a daily basis Ingela and her husband, Marcus run's the company Skärgårdsidyllen Kayak & Outdoor since 2011, when the couple decided to move from the city of Gothenburg to live a more sustainable life on the country side. They have settled down by the ocean in Grönemad, next to the village Grebbestad, 1,5 hours north of Gothenburg and with same distance to Oslo, the capital of Norway.
Since the move Ingela has been working as a ranger and is an appreciated kayak instructor and guide in the archipelago of West Sweden and enjoys the ocean as her working field and playground!
