Barbara Kuhl is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, and has been a student of yoga since 2001 and teaching since 2009. Her training includes a 2021, 300hr training with Sianna Sherman and Greta Hill's RasaYoga program. Prior to this training, Barbara spent many years studying with Desiree Rumbaugh as well as Tiffany Fraser and other teachers both in the USA and in Europe where she also fell inlove with Jivamukti yoga teachings. She began her training with Anusara yoga, through which she completed a first teacher training in 2003. Subsequently she participated in approximately 50 workshops with Anusara teachers, prior to the dismantling of the original Anusara in 2012. She continues to honor all of her trainings and teaches an alignment-based yoga that provides a sustainable hatha practice, incorporating yoga philosophy, mudra, mantra and other aspects of yogic inquiry.
