Kate is an Accessible Yoga Ambassador and is Yoga Alliance Registered. She is a student of, and is mentored by internationally renowned movement expert and yoga teacher Donna Farhi. She has trained with therepeutic teacher Leila Stuart, Jim Harrington, the official yoga coach of the Indian Cricket team and Marc Beauvain, a yoga for wellness expert . She has also done courses in Mindful Yoga for Supportive and Palliative care, mindfulness with Karen Atkinson of Mindfulness UK and somatic movement.
