María Elena Montero is a graduate of the Willow Street Yoga 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program. She first discovered yoga as way to manage back pain, but quickly fell in love with the simple connection to breath. Seeking a deeper connection to yoga, she completed teacher training. María Elena infuses joy, humor and strength in her practice and in her teaching, remembering that all you ever have to do is breathe (and eat chocolate).
