My name is Marcia Shell, I'm "the humble warrior yogi" and my motto is; “be brave, be bold and believe!”
I'm an Army veteran and my yoga journey began in 2014. I was so inspired by the physical and mental benefits of the practice that I decided to follow my heart and became a registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) in 2018 after completing an in-person 200 hour registered yoga school (RYS) teacher training program.
I'm also a certified Warrior at Ease (WAE) yoga teacher through Warriors at Ease (warriorsatease.org) and continue to refine and use my skills and insight by sharing universal truths and knowledge with veterans and military communities to promote health, resiliency and connection.
I'm also an accredited Mindfulness Life Coach Practitioner, promoting overall well-being to small groups. My goal is to encourage students to embrace mindfulness yoga (your own gifted ability) through physical movement or mental fitness through mindfulness training and inspire everyone on their individual path to find health and happiness through yoga and mindfulness self-empowerment techniques.
