A lifelong athlete and lover of all things sweaty, Sandi began practicing yoga in middle school as a way to cope with the stress of sports, school and other melodramatic 12-year-olds. Several jobs, degrees and a Division 1 softball career later, Sandi began to seriously integrate yoga and pilates into her fitness routine in 2014 and decided to pursue her 200 Teacher Certification from Yoga Heights a few years later. A true believer of "everything in moderation," Sandi loves to teach classes that will make you sweat, stretch and leave you feeling empowered to take on the rest of the day. Fun fact, her favorite pose is legs up the wall! When she's not practicing yoga or snuggling her two calico kitties, Sandi loves to run, cook and taste new brews with her amazing friends and family.
