Lisa Marsh is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Lisa teaches a slow flowing Hatha style of yoga with emphasis on deep stretches held for a period of time. Correct alignment and safety of her students is of utmost importance. Lisa also enjoys the Yin style of yoga and brings this element into most of her classes.
Breath work and meditation is a vital component of her teaching style.
