Eugen is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
He earned a PhD from the University of Greenwich, Department of Social Sciences, and graduated in Acupuncture and TCM by the China Academy of TCM, Beijing.
Interested in applied mindfulness and its benefits in teaching, coaching, mentoring and counseling he is practicing Yoga, Qigong and Tai Chi for more than 20 years and studied with various Masters in China, US, Portugal and Romania. After teaching business, hospitality strategy and marketing strategy at MSc level for a couple of years he started teaching yoga, Qigong and Tai Chi at Sundari Center in 2017.
He founds inspiration in The Upanishads as a set of philosophical guidelines giving to the human being both spiritual vision and philosophical reasoning. He believes that Bhagavad Gita, as the quintessence of all the teachings of the Vedic scriptures, may and should be used as the “manual for mankind” for the betterment of the human society.
Thus, during this astonishing journey of the human spirit, the contribution to the transformation of the global society may be achieved only with open hearts and learning minds. We must continue to share together the diverse wealth of wisdom thus ensuring the continuous human evolution!
