Kerrie is passionate about yoga and its effects on well-being. For years she has believed it makes you and those around you happier! Whether in a busy class or in a private lesson, Kerrie's aim is to enable every person to feel the yoga practice is just perfect for them in that moment.

Kerrie has been practicing yoga and meditation for a number of years and initial yoga teacher training was with Daizan Roshi, a Zen Master and monk in the rigorous Rinzai tradition of Zen. He studied yoga with many teachers, including 90 year-old forefather of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Sri Pattabhi Jois in India. 

This Zen focus means mindfulness is at the heart of Kerrie's yoga practice, developing focus, awareness and suppleness on all levels.  She has continued to further her development in many areas such as Prenatal Yoga, Baby Yoga, Restorative Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga and now has achieved 500 hour status studying under the brilliant Laura Gilmore. 

Kerrie's other life passion is travel and she has spent time in India, Japan, Hawaii, Thailand, Indonesia, South America and many other beautiful places and brings together her experiences of yoga from those places too.
