As an experienced yoga teacher, I endeavor to create safe and accessible spaces for individuals and small groups to explore a full spectrum of yoga practices at a level and pace that fosters self-empowerment and encourages personal exploration. I am particularly interested in the therapeutic benefits of yoga and how restorative practices can easily be woven into our daily lives to enhance health and wellbeing. I offer one-on-one sessions both in person and on-line as well as 6week focused courses. My style of teaching is influenced by Esther Myers. The foundation for this style of yoga is the conceptual framework of breathing, grounding and releasing the spine. This approach allows for everyone to have a meaningful, present and in-depth experience of yoga regardless of physical ability.
