Stephanie is available to teach private and group studio classes for yoga (asana), pranayama (breathing), and meditation.
She is also available to teach classroom yoga studies classes geared toward social emotional learning for elementary and high school aged students.
In addition, feel free to contact her about classes she leads for meditation in the workplace and curriculum developed for college-level learners.
Stephanie is always learning and would be happy to develop a class specific to your needs. Topics can include chakras, gentle stretching, yoga history and philosophy, any of the 8 limbs of yoga, and how to live an easier, more peaceful life through yoga.
She obtained her 200-hour certification with Breathe for Change and her 300-certification with YogaMea School.
