Corinne Impey is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) with Yoga Alliance. She spends her time between Royston, British Columbia and Kawartha Lakes, Ontario. Through Heartwood Yoga & Meditation, Corinne offers yoga and meditation classes in the Kawartha Lakes, the Greater Toronto Area and on Vancouver Island.
Corinne first experienced yoga in high school and has been practicing ever since. From friend dates to first dates, aerial to partner yoga, some of her favourite memories are yoga-based. In 2018, with over 15 years of yoga practice behind her, she completed her Yoga Alliance Teacher Training.
At Heartwood, Corinne offers hatha-based, movement-forward yoga practices at studios, community centres and in private and corporate settings. She believes anyone can benefit from yoga regardless of their fitness level or limitations, and strives to make her classes accessible to everyone.
