Patricia Galavis is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

My first contact with Yoga was in 2008 when I started to practice Hatha Sivananda yoga at the Sivananda Yoga School in Madrid, Spain. Asana practice, meditation, pranayama and kirtan were parts of my yoga practice during four years. In 2012 I moved to Scotland and I started to practice other hatha yoga styles. In 2014 I entered in contact with Ashtanga Yoga and this is the style I have been practicing since then. In 2016 I enrolled to a Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at MCY in Glasgow: 200-hour programme registered by the Yoga Alliance, being graduated in July 2017. In February 2019 I went to India (Swami Krishnananda Yoga Vidyapeeth) to continue my yoga studies and training where I have graduated on my second Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Integrated Restorative Yoga: 300-hour programme registered by the Yoga Alliance.

Through a consolidate daily practice I have experienced such a state of wellbeing and spiritual growth that I decided to follow this  path and share it with others. I offer Yoga classes in Glasgow: Hatha yoga for beginners and intermediate practitioners, all kind of fitness. We will work on asana practice, introduction to pranayama and meditation. We will explore our movements in a different way expanding our awareness of our own bodies and breathing patterns.

I also offer one to one Integrated Restorative Yoga sessions for respiratory and cardiovascular systems disorders, chronic back pain, prolapsed discs and skeletal-muscular -disorders. Please get in touch for more information. 

I am also offering hatha Yoga classes to Corporate groups. Either in your office or at a suitable venue, I invite you to provide Yoga to your employees for a heathier and happier life!
