Areerat is a British Wheel of Yoga accredited yoga teacher, and a yoga CPD provider registered with Yoga Alliance. She has been on the path of yoga and embodied movement since 2007. Previously managed a successful yoga and self-discovery center as both the business owner, creative director, and lead teacher. (The Yoga Tree-Chiang, Thailand 2011-2022) Areerat is a longtime teacher and active practitioner of yoga, transformational movement, meditation, and well-being through creative expression.
Born in Thailand, and living in the UK, Areerat is a resident of both countries.
