Namaste, Thank you for viewing my profile. I am a Registered Nurse, who fell in love with yoga and its benefits. In May 2018, I became certified as an RYT-200, from a Yoga Alliance recognized RYS. As healthcare is ever changing and I will be forever aging, yoga became a way to deal with anxiety, stress and hormonal changed that plague all of us each day. Needless to say it lubricates my joints, helps me maintain flexibility and improve my bone density with those wonderful Asana. Currently I am excited to be moving forward in future trainings, working with mentoring YACEP's on cultivating my ability in meditation, breath work, alignment and different types of yoga. I am a mother, partner, and a grandmother to a wonderful little boy. Life can find you in some complicated situations, but make sure you are taking time for YOU, promote Kindness and Love!!!
