My passion is health and fitness, and making sure all individuals are able to be active in a class setting no matter the fitness level or any physical limitations. I strongly believe that Yoga should be adapted to the individual, and that each participate feels they can practice in a safe and inclusive environment. Whether your personal yoga practice be for strengthening, correcting alignment, improving in your sport, injury prevention, stretching, meditation/relaxation, breathing....I want to ensure that is what you can take from my classes.
