Madi first was introduced to yoga in her teenage years but it wasn’t until she found Ashtanga Yoga many years later that it became a daily part of her life. Since having several pregnancies and multiple injuries through the sports she enjoys, she has found a mix of powerful flows, yin asana and Iyengar styles of yoga better suited for her body.
