LaChelle Amos is a teacher, international conflict prevention/resolution expert, and adventurer! Founder of Silence of Sound Yoga, LaChelle is a Heart Wisdom Leader on your journey to building your life of Empowered Peace, inside and out!

With keen interest in the subtle flow of energy and vibrations, LaChelle incorporates space for inner awareness, as well as her sound healing practice with Tibetan singing bowls and vocals into her Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga (Primary Series), Yin, and Yoga Nidra classes, private sessions, workshops, retreats, and online courses. She is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher 500-hour, as well as a Nepali-certified sound healing practitioner.
