Carolyn is originally from Taiwan and has a background in Chinese medicine, therapeutic massage and aromatherapy. She is a registered yoga instructor who conducts weekly classes in Central Auckland with a holistic approach to teach therapeutic yoga.
Sun Moon Yoga Studio is where Carolyn teaches a blend of East and West yoga and meditation practices in her own home studio. The name Sun Moon Yoga is based on her beautiful hometown in Taiwan.
