I met Yoga when I was wounded and unable to walk. Having kept my legs on the stages as a dancer for years, concealing my injuries and out-of-shapes, I finally noticed that my body and soul got clapped out. Then, that was when one of my friends told me a yoga studio for the care of my mental health and I decided to visit there. At that place I discovered Hatha Yoga and Meditation in 2009. And I realized the impact it would have on my life. To deepen my knowledge through my passion, I explored different schools of Yoga a stopping place on my journey. I learned notably Ashtanga and Iyenger yoga.

I have taught at festivals, workshop, nursing home, and private fitness.

From injured experience, I've been studying Anatomy a lot. I'll always make sure to focus on the correct alignment, using props, and safety. Then the most important thing that I teach in my Yoga class is listening to your body. I'm very excited to meet you.

Namaste.
