I discovered yoga 5 years ago after a friend invited her to a class at their local gym. From the moment I stepped on my mat I felt at home and haven't looked back. I completed my 200hr teacher training in early 2018 and additionally trained as a pre and post natal teacher with Sally Parkes in spring 2018.
