Suffering from chronic lower back injuries, I started practicing yoga in 2010 in hopes of releasing back pain and increasing my flexibility. It has since become my way of life. Not only has yoga given me physical strength and health, it has also given me peace and calmness to cope with my everyday life.
I truly believe yoga is for everyone and we can all practice yoga in a safe and sustainable way. In my classes, I like to provide sequences that are fun and safe for each student. My main focus is to help students incorporate alignment, movement, and breath during their practice. Nothing makes me happier than seeing my students gain confidence and personal well-being through yoga!
