Lisa completed her yoga teacher training specialising in Vinyasa flow with master Rachael 'flame' young in Cardiff.
As a yoga teacher and registered nurse Lisa has an interest in anatomy, physiology and the biomechanics of body movement during asana practice. As well as the benefits a regular yoga practice brings to the body and mind. Lisa has an interest in yoga nidra and uses this practice in workshop presentations.
Lisa is a founder of Echoyoga aiming to make yoga accessible to all delivering classes open to General public, sports clubs and vulnerable adults and adults with learning difficulties. Her goal is to make yoga accessible to everyone.
Lisa is a compassionate teacher, making her classes fun and instructive. She is committed to developing a deeper knowledge and understanding of the body and mind.
