I started my formal education in 2017 with Mindfulness coaching, Long Slow Deep, followed by TT Level 1 and currently close to completing my TT Level 2 - 500 Hrs RYT.
Yoga for me is the real life - I feel it, breathe it and hope I can spread and share this spark with my community and people around me -
