I started practicing yoga many years ago. As a lawyer, I was looking for something that could help me with my back pain and excessive stress. Discovering yoga completely changed my life. I gave up my former profession and started practicing and studying yoga full time. After the years of practice, I decided with my husband to open our yoga studio and later to register our education center for the new yoga teachers.

2010 – Completed yoga teacher training certified by Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic accepted throughout the EU (DIRECTIVE 2005/36/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL on the recognition of professional qualification)
2011 – Co-founder of the YoGO (www.yogo.sk)
2014 – Teacher and academic advisor with the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic (Certificate no. 2014–13596 / 54960: 7–30AA)
2017 – Completed 200 hr YogaWorks Teacher Training and became a member of the Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher
2019 – Became E–RYT & YACEP
2021 – Completed 300 hr YogaWorks Teacher Training
