Ekaterina Zyrina is a registered yoga teacher and trainer, life and career coach, and world citizen. Originally from Russia, she studied at university in Finland, worked and traveled all around Spain and fell in love with the Canary Islands where she completed her first teacher training in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. For the following two years, she combined her corporate job with teaching yoga classes, and finally decided to dedicate everything to her passion and calling in life. For 10 years, Ekaterina's personal practice was mainly Ashtanga Vinyasa Mysore style. Now she combines it with mobility and strength training, Jivamukti, Yin, and other yoga styles. She teaches variations of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Flow, and Yin Yoga with therapeutic benefits.
