Graduate of Sports Science University of Athens

Born in Athens on 1983. From a young age she was drawn to sports. Her sports carrier started with gymnastics and swimming. At the age of nine changing her focus she began her ballet studies. After completing a seven year training of classical and contemporary ballet she turned to acrobatic gymnastics and speed running.

At the age of 15 she suffered a serious injury on her spine that kept her away from her dream, to join Sports Science University.

After two years of no training, physiotherapy and rehabilitation she gets in Business Administration at the Aegean university, on Chios Island. There after a short period of training on her running skills she meets martial arts.

Returning to exercise and being almost completely recovered from the injury, she is led back to Athens.

For a year she prepares for the Sport Science practical exams and continues on the path of martial arts winning first place on national level championships.

In year 2003 the dream comes true and she gets in the Sports Science University of Athens and she graduates in 2007.

In 2004 she had her first contact with Yoga and after completing a yearly 200 hours training starts teaching since 2006.

In 2012 she decides to travel to India so to meet Yoga on its mother land. There, she completes another 200 training and coming back to Greece she goes on a 500 more hours training.

Another trip to India follows and many seminars and workshops with teachers from around the globe.

Since 2015 she cooperates with the two biggest yoga teacher training schools in Greece and Cyprus as a lead trainer.

In 2018 she gave birth to her son, an experience that changed her totally. Since then she attended a doula course and a perinatal yoga teacher training.

She is teaching in Greece and around Europe and organizes workshops and themed classes.

Her dream is to keep earning knowledge so as to spread it to her students.

Anastasia is registered with Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 500), trained in Greece and India. She has also completed the following courses: Pilates (matwork & equipment), Group Exercise Leader, Choreography Masterworks by the Studio One, Greek institute of fitness, and BOSU ® by Douglas Brooks.
