The very meaning of the word yoga is to be present right here and now - with whatever arises in each and every moment. Yoga helps us to regulate the nervous system, creating safety that then lets us create a container in which all of our human experiences can come up and be seen.
To that end, I use simple tools that let you connect with your body and innermost self, to recreate that connection to self that lets you then be present.
My own yoga journey started in 2009. Ever since my first class I was fascinated with the profession "yoga teacher". I have now more than 1000 h of training and love learning and teaching alongside the people I have the honour to accompany.
