Miss Anita Hrytsak is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

Dedicated, hard working a spirit at heart. I take pride in all the jobs I do. 
I love to sing, dance, run and do yoga. Draw, colour and paint. I also love nature and plants, especially my garden.

I have a diploma in Visual Communications, Worked in the creative design industry for over 15 years. In 2014 I took a complete 180 and started a new chapter in my career. Working for a residential cleaning business.

In that time I completed the 200RYT Yoga Alliance teacher certification program.I enjoy teaching and teach two yoga classes per week. SPRA group fitness certification. Teaching in the industry for over 20 years.

In 2016 I completed the Alive Academy of Natural Nutrition Designation.
My interest in nutrition and health, became more important as I studied 
yoga and how to use food for vitality keeping healthy ageless.
