I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. I am also qualified and have extensive experience teaching meditation, Calligraphy Health Nei Gong, Intimacy & Attraction (Michaela Boehm) and Qigong and I am a practitioner of incredible healing modalities including Kundalini Body Work, Kinesiology and Spinal Flow Technique.

I orginally enrolled in yoga teacher training with Vitality Yoga Teacher Training, to enrich my own knowledge and understanding of the magic of yoga. I have witnessed first-hand the profound benefits of yoga on my physically challenged daughter, and the positive impact that yoga continues to have on her physically, emotionally and spiritually. 

I am committed to a life long yoga practice and I am always seeking ways to create a safe and inclusive space so that everyone can connect into the wisdom of their own body - for change, growth, healing, extending their yoga practice and connecting more profoundly to their own spirituality.
