Mike Cardillo, RYT-200, completed his 200 hour training through the Pranakriya School of Yoga in January 2018. Mike considers yoga to be more than simply making shapes with your body. Mike leads in mindful classes that incorporate pranayama and asanas to deepen the experience and help shift your awareness inward. Mike firmly believes in keeping yoga approachable to all bodies and experience levels.
Mike has been practicing yoga since 2013 and believes you are your own best teacher.
