A Hatha-Vinyasa and Yin yoga teacher who focusses heavily on the mental benefits of a mindful yoga practice. Hari works to help people integrate yoga and meditation into their daily lives, and find a yoga that suits their body and mind.
Coming from a family of psychologists and behavioural scientists, and working towards an MSc in Mental Health Science, Hari understand first-hand the empowering benefits of mindfulness and self-assessment techniques. She seeks to offer tools, both mental and physical, in her classes which people may take home and use to support their day to day life - helping people to build up a picture of their strengths, capabilities and needs on and off the mat.
