Hazel has an experienced yoga and meditation teacher with a love for anatomy and the science of human movement. Always looking for ways to help people work through the issues in their tissues to help them create bodies that they feel comfortable in and perform to the best of their ability. Both physically and mentally.
She has completed 500 hour teacher trainings with Yoga Medicine and with Semperviva Yoga Studio.
She has been leading Tibetan Singing Bowls Classes since 2016 and yoga classes since 2017. Having worked in studios and gyms in Qatar she recently moved to New Zealand and is excited to bring her classes to the community here.
She has spent over 1000 hours of training in yoga lineages, yoga orthopedics modules, athlete specific training, anatomy, prenatal specifics and mental health. Enabling her to offer a well rounded approach to her classes. She has also trained in Reiki.
Since completing her first yoga teacher training she has had the privilege to study further under teachers who are leaders in the industry, such as Tiffany Cruikshank, Bernie Clarke, Gloria Latham and Eoin Finn, as well as many other talented and knowledgable teachers.
