Raj Karam (he/they) is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) with Yoga Alliance and Level 2 certified Kundalini Yoga teacher with IKYTA. They completed their Level 1 training at Kundalini Yoga East in New York City with Sat Jivan Kaur and Sat Jivan Singh. They have also completed Divine Alignment training with Simran Kaur Khalsa. In addition to a number of other workshops, they have completed the following Level 2 trainings.

In addition to Kundalini Yoga, Raj Karam has studied Kriya Yoga at the Bihar School of Yoga in India, Sivananda Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Bikram Yoga over the last 15 years of personal practice. They have completed Level 1 & 2 of Gong Resonance Training with Mike Tamburo of Crown of Eternity. Raj Karam has also assisted numerous Level 1 trainings as a sevadar.
