Shaun Bowler is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). He trained with Katie Lane of Grassroots Yoga and Health, with a heart-and-alignment-focus. He is registered in Aotearoa New Zealand as a psychologist and is a registered exercise professional. He specialises in bodymind practices including pranayama and mindfulness and brings these to yoga asana.
