Kirsten has undertaken yoga teacher training from the following schools:
Satya Loka School of Traditional Hatha Yoga & Tantra (RYT200), in Austria, 2017.
Sadhana Yoga Chi Vinyasa/Power Yoga & Restorative with Doug Swenson & Lea Loncar (RYT300) in Croatia, 2018.
Kirsten is a registered physical therapist with a bachelor of Health Science - Physiotherapy from Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand (2008).
She has a Postgraduate Certificate of Health Science in Western Acupuncture from AUT also (2014), and is currently studying a Master of the Anthropology of Health at University of Copenhagen.
Kirsten has recently completed training with the iRest Instutue to become a Level 1 facilitator of iRest Yoga Nidra meditation.
Furthermore, she has taken various other continuous professional development courses such as C.H.E.K., bio-energy practices and a workshop on Women's Health in Ayurveda.
She currently works at the Hans Knudsen Institute in Copenhagen, where she works mainly with the rehabilitation of people with mild traumatic brain injuries, where she teaches Yoga and Mindfulness classes as part of the curriculum.

Kirsten Louise Pedersen is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
