To consolidate my physical, intellectual and spiritual wellbeing, I began yoga practice in Southern California in 2007. I realized a lifetime of western dance instruction largely had been based on yoga, for which I am thankful to wonderful instructors. During a professional opportunity to live in Hyderabad, India, I continued my practice and began 2 years of formal study, with focus on Sivananda, Bihar, Iyengar and Ashtanga schools.
The Method:
A devotee of Raja or classical yoga, I practice Hatha and Tantric methods supporting Yoga Nidra, Ajapa Japa, Antar Mouna, Chidakash Dharana and Shoonya. Each session is customized to build awareness and lifelong practice of yoga and skilled meditation.
