Jessie brings a big heart to her hatha yoga classes & workshops, which feature anatomically-precise postures, mindful breathing, and meditation. Her goal is to guide practitioners toward their highest potential through the practice of yoga.
Jessie is a lifelong student at the Shambhava School of Yoga, where she met her beloved teacher and sangha in 2010. She is certified as a 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Experienced & Registered Yoga Teacher.
She is also a Physical Therapist with a doctorate degree from Wheeling Jesuit University. During her studies, she conducted research on Pranayama. She is currently integrating yoga into her practice in Niwot, CO.
