Imir has studied and practiced yoga consistently since 2000, inspired by studies of the eight limbs of yoga, and yoga philosophy as a way of life.
She has completed 200-hour, 300-hour and Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Trainings, with further studies in Yin, Rocket, Tripsichore, Yogic Arts, Vinyasa sequencing, anatomy & physiology, yoga & the nervous system, yoga history and philosophy, advanced yoga practices, meditation and pranayama.
Imir’s teaching style is calm, light-hearted and friendly, her classes deep, technical and mindful, most often accompanied by music.
Imir teaches weekly scheduled group classes, one to one sessions, small private groups, retreats and is founder of Parampara School of Yoga.
