Salem has been teaching yoga for a decade and been a practitioner of yoga for over 20 years. As a graduate of Black Swan Yoga Teacher Training in Austin, Salem is a credentialed member of Yoga Alliance and holds an E-RYT500 designation. She is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider and is certified in Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Anatomy, History and Philosophy of Yoga. Additionally, Salem is certified in Accessible Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and is a graduate of The Alchemy of Chakras .
With a background in Transformational Life Coaching, Salem is known for her expertise in listening with crystal clarity and delivering highly impactful feedback to her clients. She has an intuitive knack for asking questions that lead to powerful revelations and subsequent action and results; all the while, she does so with the connection of a soul who genuinely loves the person in front of her. Salem holds a space in her heart for all people and is known for catalyzing authentic, honest, results driven, life changing moments. Her unique blend of Transformational Life Coaching and all inclusive yoga, has had a profound impact on thousands of lives.
As a teenager Salem apprenticed under Master Trainers and Executive Coaches, including her father and worked by catalyzing transformation with individuals and business teams. As she journeyed the years of fulfilling her dream of being a mom, she continued to be a faith filled, passionate inspiration for a multitude of people. Through the experience of raising her son with severe disabilities and his death at age six, Salem has sown a garden of tears and laughter that she generously shares with authentic grace.
She and her husband Brye married as teenagers and have been together for 30 years. They have three children and are almost always found working and playing together. As a family, they consult in the hospitality industry and coach individuals and businesses into their own greatness. In addition, Salem is an epically creative chef whose food is legendary among those who have eaten at her table.
