Maria Dineen is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She teaches Hatha, slow flow, chair based yoga, Restorative yoga and Yin yoga to students of all levels of experience in and around Lichfield, UK both in public classes and through private tuition for individuals and small groups. Maria is dedicated to offering classes aimed at making yoga safe, accessible and fun, regardless of your level of fitness, mobility, size or shape.
