Katie is a teacher of music, yoga, plant-based foods, and essential oils. She began her yoga journey in 2010. She found yoga while studying music education in college. Since then, yoga has become a passion. Through many life lessons and personal growth, yoga has always been there for her. It has completely transformed her life!
Katie is 500-Hr Certified, earning both her 200-Hr and 300-Hr training with Angela Wagner at YogaSport Dallas. Katie is passionate about making yoga accessible to anyone regardless of age or limitation in mobility – her goal is to empower others!
Her experience varies and she has taught a variety of classes, groups, and workshops.

Katie Van Hooser is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
