I have graduated from the Physical Education Department and Ι have a Master Degree in physical activity for people with health problems. I also graduated from the Highest Technological Institute of Nutrition and Dietetics. I was also a champion of Greece in cross-country skiing and mountaineering skiing and I participated in many World Championships.

I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (500 RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

Sixteen years ago I started my yoga training, and especially in Power Yoga. I attended many seminars with remarkable teachers. In the last few years I have been engaged in the teaching of Hatha and Raja Yoga.

Also, in the last 5 years I have been trained in energy healing systems that help restore the health of the human body.

Through a holistic approach that includes yoga, nutrition, and energy healing, I help the human body to balance, physically and mentally.
