Jen Netherby teaches hatha, Nidra, yin and restorative classes at online and in Fort Collins, Colorado as well as in the workplace, and to private groups and individuals one-on-one. Her classes encourage students to connect to their breath and their bodies, making their practice their own even in a group setting and connecting mind-body-heart to experience the fullness of each pose and of this very moment.
She completed her Yoga Alliance-certified 500-hour training at Black Dog Yoga in Sherman Oaks. As part of her advanced training, she completed renowned yoga educator Leslie Kaminoff’s in-depth Yoga Anatomy course and mentored under respected teachers Sigrid Matthews, Maria Cristina Jimenez and Peter Barnett. She continues to study yoga anatomy and philosophy through workshops and trainings with such influential teachers as Integral Anatomy teacher and self-described somanaut Gil Hedley, meditation teacher Sally Kempton. In 2019, she completed a Yoga Nidra training with Tracee Stanley and Chanti Tacoronte-Perez.
Jennifer Netherby is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
