Trish is a certified Vedic Educator for the Chopra Centre for Wellbeing having completed the three Chopra Teacher certifications - Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga, Primordial Sound Meditation and Perfect Health: Ayurveda Lifestyle. She is also recently completed Chopra Life Coach training. She is certified as a Mental Health Aware Yoga Instructor and Yoga 4 Trauma Recovery Instructor. With a calling to serve children and teens she has completed specialist Kids Yoga Teacher Training Certifications in Australia (60 hours+) to help improve children’s overall well-being when faced with challenging life situations, Yoga Therapy for Children + Teens (80 hours) with Zenergy Yoga.

Trish first discovered Meditation and Yoga in her 20's for pain following surgery, but soon realised the value it offered to her life as a whole. Throughout her corporate career, she continued to practice and to deepen her learnings of the mind and our human experience. She earned her credentials as a certified teacher of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Time Line. It was more recently, however, in the midst of terrible loss and grief, she was moved to study and experience the greater wisdom Yoga offers (beyond the mat), intimate meditation and mindfulness practices that would help to restore her heart again. She is grateful for the wisdom gained from the Chopra Centre as well as the many other enlightened teachers in Mindfulness, Integrative Medicine, Kids Yoga and Yoga for Grief, Stress and Anxiety.

With a desire to improve general health and well-being with children and families facing challenging situations, she has established Mia's Greenlight Foundation to share these practices to those most in need. Genuine, caring and passionate, she inspires people to embrace the potential of yoga and meditation to live life more fully with greater peace, joy and meaning.
