Lynn Block, 500 E-RYT, owner of Latitude Yoga and Fitness LLC
Lynn has over 25 years’ experience teaching across the education and fitness industries. Known for her inclusive style, Lynn’s yoga journey was a little unconventional. She subbed a yoga class for a few weeks, and her fitness manager suggested that she pursue teaching yoga regularly. With a fitness background, Lynn wanted to find a style that fit teaching yoga in a gym setting, for all types of people seeking out the benefits of yoga. She found a Yogafit® and began her yoga journey. Lynn has been instructing yoga since 2005. She completed her 200-hour RYT in 2017, and her 500-hour RYT in 2020.
