Alissa Bick Ehrenkranz has a professional background in Educational Psychology and Special Education in addition to her Yoga certifications and teaching experience. Within her Hatha, Yin, and Vinyasa practices, she has a special interest in the benefits of yoga for Anxiety, Trauma, and ADHD related conditions. She has certified with the national organization Y12SR for Yoga and Addictions and Y4T, Yoga for Trauma, with Lisa Danylchuk as well as meditation certification through Breathing Deeply. She recently completed a certification in Yoga for Traumatic Brain Injury through Love Your Brain Yoga Foundation, Yoga for Healthy Aging, and Accessible Yoga.  She has her own branded practice of 'Yoga for Every Body' and teaches both in studios around Jackson Hole and at St. John's Senior Living Sage Center and the Community Entry Services Program. Alissa's primary objective in any of her classes is that people leave feeling better in their bodies, about their bodies, and about life in general.
