I live in beautiful Hobart, Tasmania, Australia.  I was the original Founder and Managing Director of Wildheart Hobart, a studio I owned and ran for 10 years.  in January 2024, I launched Jane Crosswell Wellbeing, providing movement, mindfulness and meditation fro wise women.

I cater for all levels of ability in both yoga and mat pilates and believe that these activities should be accessible to everyone - no matter your experience or skill level.
