In 2002, I tried out "Yoga" to get rid of my backpain after my second prolapse... and it worked, a few months later, I had no more problems. But this is by far not all that Yoga did for me. I got hooked and over the years, it got part of my life in every aspect.

I started teaching in 2009 after the completion of my 200hrs TTC in Vrindavan, India and in 2017, I completed another 500hrs TTC in Vienna, Austria. I am student of Sudhir Tiwari from the Kaivalyadam Institute for all matters of Pranayama and a devotee of Swami Nityamuktananda Sarasvati.

My wife Barbara and I founded our center, Nara Yoga in Zell am See, in 2012 where we teach.

In my view, all the different "Styles of Yoga" are just different doors leading into the same beautiful room. If we want to get somewhere, we have to make a decision at one point and follow one path.
