Aaron has accumulated over 1000 hours of Yoga training and is registered with Yoga alliance at 200 E-RYT, 500RYT & YACEP Levels. 

Aaron’s mission is to create a heart-centred community in Melbourne’s South Eastern suburbs. His driving force is to empower this community through sharing simple, effective Yoga + Meditation practice that serve them both on & off the mat.

Living Bayside & working full time out of his studio Level Up Yoga in Berwick, Victoria, Aaron has been Meditating for 10 years & practicing Yoga daily for the past 5 years. He has devoted a vast amount of time to studentship with some of the worlds most influential & knowledgeable Yoga teachers so that he can share with his community in the most accessible way possible.

Teaching classes, workshops, courses trainings & retreats in his relatable and light hearted style, Aaron shares the simple yet profound practises and techniques that have transformed his life. He believes that Yoga & Meditation are an important aspect of daily life and should be accessible to everyone.

Through out Aaron’s life, Yoga, Meditation & Breathwork have been a catalyst for change. He credits the Yogic teachings for taking him from an uninspired, depressed, anxious overweight  & injured tradesman to happy, thriving, business owner & lover of life. 

Through his time practising in various studios around Melbourne, Aaron felt the call to create his own space; Level Up Yoga. A safe space for you to find freedom through stillness. A space to connect & grow amongst a community of conscious, like minded people. Our modern lives are filled with stimulation, stress & business - its time to bring back self-care & human connection.
